Our Companies and Contacts area is currently just a “rolodex” of companies, but there is large amount of data that we aren’t currently using that would be valuable to our users to help them manage their vendor relationships and get insights into the Company/Vendor data. Enrich the Company/Vendor management feature to gain insights into: Project History Ability to see what projects this Company has worked on for our company in the past Bids/Cost History Ability to see the contractor's bid history & expense history for historical review. Bids received from a Specific Contractor Cost history/expenses from a Contractor

Currently the Automatic Comps Search automatically searches for comps within a close proximity within a set tolerance for beds/baths (+/- 1) and square footage of (40%), but giving hte users the ability to search their own paramaters would allow users to easily hone-in on exactly the comps they are looking for. See attached screenshot of proposed options for improving the automatic comps search. Also allow users to search more than once, in case the initial search does not provide ideal matches or results.

For teams and business users that have multiple users in their workspace, you need to get notifed about comments and other important changes that your teammates make in the workspace so you always have a pulse on what's happening. Create a My Inbox and notifciations area where you can get notified for important things happening in the platform: Someone posts a project updates Someone changes the status Someone changes the stage Someone comments on a task Someone comments on a task, activity or project update that you are subscribed to

Hello and happy hump day! I have an idea for the "Companies" tab entry fields. My idea is to add a column for the person representing the company on the "Companies" tab. This idea came from a new member on my team who often calls our contractors. They know the company to call, but they don't know the person's name to ask for unless they search for person associated with the company in the Contacts tab. What we are doing in the interim is putting the name of the company and the name in parenthesis [e.g. ABC Renovations (Jane Doe)]. Instead it would be nice to keep the Company Name Column, but also add "Company Contact" to the same page. This would be very helpful. Thanks for the option for customer to share ideas.

My agent credits me a percentage of his commission when I buy and sell. When I enter the credit as a negative number under buying costs, the profit is correct only if the buying cost is greater than the credit. For example, let's say I have a buying cost of $2000 and a credit of $500. Then it increases the profit by $1500, which is correct. For another example, let's say the buying cost is still $2000, but my credit is now $5000. The calculation of the profit is then incorrect. The profit should increase by $3000. But instead, it decreases the profit by $3000. Will you please correct the calculation error?

Allow the addition of creating a Contact instead of the 2 part process when creating or editing a Company.
