Right now, you can only create 1 Flip analysis and 1 BRRRR for each project. If a user wants to run a different scenario or tweak some numbers they have to change their existing analysis or duplicate and create a completely separate project. Create the ability for users to run multiple Analysis Scenarios for Flips and BRRRR in a single project, side-by-side.

Building off of the SOW Builder, it would be nice to have a lender rehab draw schedule building tool. The process for building one of these is tedious. It would be nice to be able to leverage the existing SOW entered on a given project and build a balanced draw schedule from it that you could simply generate a PDF from and pass to a HML. Hi, I see that Home Depot materials will import when the URL is added, but it doesn't do it with Build.com . Can you add this functionality?

It would be nice to have a button for your camera inside of the inspection notes and save the pictures connected to that section. For example; pictures of the roof - saved with the roof section, etc. Then incorporate the pictures as part of the report. Similar to a home inspector report.

New function of sidebar to allow for movement ("sliding" up and down within the users screen for constant viewing and usage) on the SOW page allowing easier access to select or deselect Subject Items in realtime when building the SOW.

More fields under the contact info or even possibly a contacts section that you could associate contacts to multiple deals. I run into a lot of landlords that own multiple properties, so it would save time to not have to re-enter that contact every time.

It would be great if the expense tracker allowed to add inventory items by a selectable unit purchased and extended the total cost. This way you could easily enter the number of items purchased and keep track of a unit cost in reports.
