We are currently making some improvements to our Company & Contact manager that will allow you to easily add a Contact directly to a Company from the Company's profile page. Here's a screenshot.

Hi Keith, agreed yes it would make more sense to be able to add contacts directly within a Company instead of separately. We will make sure that gets addressed with a larger revamp we will be performing with the Companies/Contact Manager.
