The current daily and weekly lookahead emails only show the Tasks, Schedules and events that are happening that day or week. But the email doesn't show you overdue tasks or upcoming tasks and is generally hard to read. Current Issues Identified List currently includes everyone's tasks, not just yours List only includes tasks due Today, but doesn't show overdue tasks or upcoming tasks Can't see what's overdue Schedules are combined with tasks and events, which makes it hard to read and differentiate between tasks and schedules Proposed Solutions See attached screenshot for proposed changes that makes the Daily lookahead easier to read, and identify overdue/upcoming tasks. Create a My Task Section to Easily See My Tasks Creates an isolated section that only shows "my tasks". Add a section for Overdue tasks at the top, so you can quickly see the stuff that needs to get done Add a section for Today's tasks so you can see what you need to get done today Add a section for Upcoming tasks, so you can "lookahead" to see what is upcoming Add a link so you can easily link to the specific task in the Task manager to manage the task. Isolate Schedules and Events from Tasks Create a separate schedules and events area at the bottom so you can see what's happening on your projects, and see if you have any appointments today.
