Create IFTTT or Zapier integrations to allow to sync tasks, calendar, accounting to other tools, such as Google (tasks, notes, calendar, email, contacts, drive). Otherwise, connect Podio or other CRMs so property information, contact info, etc can automatically connect/feed into the software.

I am new to FlipperForce and saw there was a discussion about using Zapier or the QuickBooks app to attach to Quickbooks a month or two ago. I would suggest adding Zapier anyway as so many CRM's and other software can be used with it. I am setting up Pipedrive as my CRM and would like to use Zapier to automate moving data back and forth from Pipedrive and FlipperForce.

It would be nice to have Flipperforce to talk to different CRM's like Podio, especially on the contractor rehabs, budgets and cost estimation. I have researched many providers with the exception of two companies that dominate the Podio CRM have a custom built app for contractor budget. Any feed back you can provide on this feature to be added would be much much appreciated!!

Hi Umar, is there any specific data you are wanting to communicate back-and-forth between the Podio CRM? What specifically are you using Podio for?

Dave Robertson: Dave I use Podio to do my investor deals meaning I have workflows designed when I buy properties for my self and then I have a wholesale side in Podio for lead generation. For calculations comps , contractors estimate and getting to the right Arv I use Attom Data solutions Flipperforce has everything that I use I have created spreadsheets to connect them via Zapier and at times it's a bit cumbersome to update the spreadsheet when items need to be added to calculate. I am thinking if you can have the option of flipperforce connect with Zapier it would update in Podio. I can send you a flow chart if you'd like.

We are actually in the process of evaluating new data solutions including Attom Data or Estated to help pull in premium data, so I would be interested to hear what data you are currently pulling from Attom and what data you would like to connect to Zapier? Oh man would I appreciate having a hubspot contact in my contractors folder create a contact in FF. I would also love being able to link google sheets to FF.
