Our Companies and Contacts area is currently just a “rolodex” of companies, but there is large amount of data that we aren’t currently using that would be valuable to our users to help them manage their vendor relationships and get insights into the Company/Vendor data. Enrich the Company/Vendor management feature to gain insights into: Project History Ability to see what projects this Company has worked on for our company in the past Bids/Cost History Ability to see the contractor's bid history & expense history for historical review. Hello and happy hump day! I have an idea for the "Companies" tab entry fields. My idea is to add a column for the person representing the company on the "Companies" tab. This idea came from a new member on my team who often calls our contractors. They know the company to call, but they don't know the person's name to ask for unless they search for person associated with the company in the Contacts tab. What we are doing in the interim is putting the name of the company and the name in parenthesis [e.g. ABC Renovations (Jane Doe)]. Instead it would be nice to keep the Company Name Column, but also add "Company Contact" to the same page. This would be very helpful. Thanks for the option for customer to share ideas.

My agent credits me a percentage of his commission when I buy and sell. When I enter the credit as a negative number under buying costs, the profit is correct only if the buying cost is greater than the credit. For example, let's say I have a buying cost of $2000 and a credit of $500. Then it increases the profit by $1500, which is correct. For another example, let's say the buying cost is still $2000, but my credit is now $5000. The calculation of the profit is then incorrect. The profit should increase by $3000. But instead, it decreases the profit by $3000. Will you please correct the calculation error?

Allow the addition of creating a Contact instead of the 2 part process when creating or editing a Company.
