Problem The current Project Notes area is lame, and only allows for basic notes and doesn't allow text formatting or organizing of notes. Right now, users are cramming all sorts of stuff into the basic Project Notes field: Notes from walkthroughs (like that leaky shower in the master bath!) Lists of repairs and what needs to be done Lender info and loan numbers Partner contact info and who's doing what Notes about the seller and potential buyers Lockbox codes and where to find the key Utility company info and account logins Quick calculations and numbers Meeting notes and to-dos Links to listings, Google Drive folders, photos... you name it! It's a bit of a mess, to be honest. 😅 Users need a better place to organize all of these random project details that don't really fit anywhere else. Think of it like a digital notepad/junk drawer where they can dump all their miscellaneous data. Solution A Project Notes tool that allows users to create separate notes for differtent things, format them nicely and potentially add pics and even links to websites or Googl Drive. As of right now, tasks are project specific and you have to navigate to each project to see which tasks need to get done. The calendar is the only spot where you can see all tasks in one view. Create an overall general workspace "My tasks" area that makes it easy to see all tasks that need to get done on all projects in one view.

Right now, our Material Catalog tool automatically scrapes Lowes, Home Depot and many other building supply websites to automatically download the material description, SKU #, thumbnail image, etc. Unfortunately, Amazon's website is built differently than the Lowes/Home Depot sites and does not allow us to scrape Amazon's website to download the information automatically. With that said, Amazon does offer an API that we can connect to download this information. In the future, we may also be able to use the integration to automatically send Amazon material's to your shopping cart in your Amazon account which could streamline purhcases.

The current daily and weekly lookahead emails only show the Tasks, Schedules and events that are happening that day or week. But the email doesn't show you overdue tasks or upcoming tasks and is generally hard to read. Current Issues Identified List currently includes everyone's tasks, not just yours List only includes tasks due Today, but doesn't show overdue tasks or upcoming tasks Can't see what's overdue Schedules are combined with tasks and events, which makes it hard to read and differentiate between tasks and schedules Proposed Solutions See attached screenshot for proposed changes that makes the Daily lookahead easier to read, and identify overdue/upcoming tasks. Create a My Task Section to Easily See My Tasks Creates an isolated section that only shows "my tasks". Add a section for Overdue tasks at the top, so you can quickly see the stuff that needs to get done Add a section for Today's tasks so you can see what you need to get done today Add a section for Upcoming tasks, so you can "lookahead" to see what is upcoming Add a link so you can easily link to the specific task in the Task manager to manage the task. Isolate Schedules and Events from Tasks Create a separate schedules and events area at the bottom so you can see what's happening on your projects, and see if you have any appointments today.

Right now, the Project Stages in the Lead Pipeline and Active Project pipeline are preset with specific stages. Every business' workflow is different so ideally these Stages would be customizable so the workflow and stages could be configured to the specific business' needs. Screenshots attached show the proposed idea to create a Pipeline Stage Settings page in the Workspace Settings area where a Workspace Owner or Admin could configure the Workflow and Stage names exactly how they want it.

Currently the Automatic Comps Search automatically searches for comps within a close proximity within a set tolerance for beds/baths (+/- 1) and square footage of (40%), but giving hte users the ability to search their own paramaters would allow users to easily hone-in on exactly the comps they are looking for. See attached screenshot of proposed options for improving the automatic comps search. Also allow users to search more than once, in case the initial search does not provide ideal matches or results.

When it is pulling the square footage from Zillow for both the spec property and the comps, it is using the total square footage not the heated square footage (actual living area). It would be nice if there was a way to set this to automatically pull the heated square footage instead as I'm pretty sure that is what most everyone uses when running comps. That said, love the comps feature otherwise!

Right now you can post project updates on the Activity Log, but we want to take this one step further and create a dedicated "Project Updates" feature where users can post project updates about what's happening on their projects and include photos. For teams and business users that have multiple users in their workspace, you need to get notifed about comments and other important changes that your teammates make in the workspace so you always have a pulse on what's happening. Create a My Inbox and notifciations area where you can get notified for important things happening in the platform: Someone posts a project updates Someone changes the status Someone changes the stage Someone comments on a task Someone comments on a task, activity or project update that you are subscribed to

A report to provide lenders showcasing past deal information such as buy/sell dates, rehab numbers, and profits.
