New function of sidebar to allow for movement ("sliding" up and down within the users screen for constant viewing and usage) on the SOW page allowing easier access to select or deselect Subject Items in realtime when building the SOW.

Hi Keith, thanks for the feedback. It sounds like you want the Categories in the sidebar to be "sticky" so they always stay in view...that should be pretty easy and straightforward.
