In Company tab, add field to attach license and a field for expiration date. Also expiration date field for insurance. Reminders when they expire would be great.

The updated Companies list now displays a dedicated Tax & Insurance column for every company in your workspace. At a glance you can see whether a Tax ID (W-9) is on file, and the exact expiration dates for both Workers Comp and General Liability coverage, all without opening a single record.
Insurance dates are color-coded automatically:
🟢 Green — coverage is current and valid
🟡 Yellow — certificate expires within the next 90 days
🔴 Red — insurance has expired; action required
⚪ Gray — no insurance information on file

The Companies and contacts area already supports tracking Insurance information and expiration dates. We are going to be pushing a new update later this week that will make those fields visible in the Company table, with conditional formatting to show whether the insurance has expired or not.

Dave Robertson i was thinking of the expiration date of the license utilizing the same format for taxes and insurance. also, maybe add the ability to attach the 1099-NEC's filed each year for the company. the ultimate would be for FF to use the info from the company profile and the global report to auto-fill the 1099-NEC.
