We recently launched a new Table view to our Portfolio Dashboard that provides a breakdown of all of your successfully completed projects.

You can export this report to a PDF or Excel to share it with your lenders to show your proof of experience.

A report for a completed flip project, instead of only an investment packet. Something like a project report where you can show off before and after to current or interested investors.

Hi Jonathan, we are currently revamping our Portfolio Dashboard page and adding a table view which will have an export/pdf option for exporting your portfolio so you can share it with your lenders.

Me may also add a "portfolio page" to the investment packet which would have similar information to the Portfoilio dashboard. Let me know if you have any thoughts.
