As the flipping market has gotten more competitive/difficult with high interest rates we have been getting a lot of feedback recently from our userbase that they are shiifting their business strategy to doing more client work.
Here's some client work features we are evaluating:
  • Estimate Proposals that allows users to hide/allocate profit so clients can't see how much profit they are making on the project
  • Separate dashboards/tags for 'Client Work" so you can isolate client work from real estate deals
  • Workflow changes so the Comps, Flip Analysis and other "flipping" specific features that are not applicable are hidden
