Activity Feeds: Track Changes by User and Time like Google Docs
complete

I think it would be great to be able to track changes by user and time like an example how Google Docs does. This allows for accountability and error tracking. I think this is mostly useful in the accounting side of a project, although it can be helpful in various areas. For example if you can see User1 Modified a value, or added an entry, this can be shown, reverted to, and create a learning experience when mistakes are made.

Project Notes and Newsfeed like Facebook
Nate Lasko
Hello
Having the ability to create new time stamped notes and assignable tasks within that same screen would be very helpful.
Having a recent activity or newsfeed log like Facebook that aggregates all of the data, pics, notes on each project summary page as well as company landing page would be great to be able to see everything that is happening all in one place.
But for starters a simple notes and or logs for project managers to be able to write updates for the team and or contractors to see quickly and easily all in one place would be awesome and much appreciated and probably very simple to implement

Hey Nate Lasko
We do have plans to launch a new project activity feed where you can see everything that has happened on a project. The activity feed would log project status/stage changes, changes to financials, changes to schedules, expenses uploaded, photos uploaded, etc.
This would allow your team to see everything that has happened on a project.
We are also wanting to rollout a @mention/commenting feature so you can comment on various features in the app so you can add context to updates and communicate with your team mates.
Let me know if you have any feedback on the screenshot?

Dave Robertson: hey buddy thanks for the quick reply. Having a place to leave notes and comments like you said would be great. Just having a projrct notes section to leave comments or posts like you do on facebook would be amazing as well. You guys are doing awesome i really love all of the features in this software. And it keeps getting better!

Dave Robertson: Hey Dave, any idea when this will roll out into production?

planned
We are planning on building a new project activity feed which will show you all of the major activities that have happened on a project so you can see what's been happening on a project.
Once we get this overall activity feed built, we will be able to also easily build activity feeds for specific tools. For example, on the expense tracker "Dave created a new expense for Tiling for $3,000 on October 27th, 2021 at 3:00 pm"
