Search, Filter, and Complete Tasks Faster

Workspace Tasks pulls every task from every project task manager into one list. Once you are managing a handful of active projects, that list gets long. This release makes it easier to find what you need and clear it.
Search Across All of Your Tasks
A new search box searches your entire task list by:
Task name
Task notes
Project name
Assigned to
Type a User's name to see everything waiting on them. Type a project address to isolate that job. Type a keyword from your notes to find the task you wrote three weeks ago.
New Status and Priority Filters
Filter your list down to overdue tasks, high priority items, or a single assignee. Combine filters with search to narrow to exactly what you are looking for, then hit Clear filters to reset.
Mark Tasks Complete from the Table
A new checkbox sits next to every task in the list. Click it to mark the task complete without opening the task modal. Working through a list of finished items is now one click each.
The same search, filter and check options have been added to the Task Manager inside each project, so you can find tasks and mark them as complete without leaving the project you are working in.
