Replies to Notification Emails Now Reach Your Team
FlipperForce keeps your team in the loop with email notifications for various events that happen in the platform. You get an email when:
- A teammate posts a Project Update
- A task is assigned to you
- Someone comments on a task
Previously, replying to one of those emails sent your message to a FlipperForce address, not to your teammates.
Now, when you hit reply, the reply-to field in your email app comes preloaded with the email addresses of the people involved in that Project Update or task. Your reply goes directly to their inboxes, just like any other email.
Good to know:
Email replies stay in email. They are not posted back into FlipperForce as a comment. If you want your response saved on the Project Update or Task, post it in FlipperForce.
