New Individual Project Calendar Integrations
Sync a single project's calendar to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
Before this update, the calendar integration was workspace-wide. Every schedule item, task, and event from every project landed in your Calendar integration feed. That works if you want the full picture, but it gets noisy fast, and once the items are in your third-party calendar there is no easy way to tell which project a "Rough Framing Inspection" belongs to.
Now you can generate a calendar link for one specific project. The link carries that specific project's schedule items, tasks, and events, and nothing else. Each project you connect comes through as its own separate calendar, so your calendar app color codes them automatically and lets you toggle them on and off individually.
How it Works
- Open the project and go to Project Management > Calendar
- Click Calendar Integrationsin the top right
- Choose Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar
- Copy the calendar URL from the popup
- Follow the linked instructions to add the URL to your calendar app
Changes you make in FlipperForce sync through to your calendar from there.

The workspace calendar integration is not going anywhere. Both options are available:
- Workspace Calendar Linkconnects all projects in one combined feed
- Project Calendar Linkconnects a single project as its own standalone calendar
How You Could Use This
- Connect only your one active rehab so your personal calendar is not buried with leads and portfolio properties
- Connect three active projects as three separate calendars and color code each one, so you can see at a glance whose inspection is Tuesday
- Uncheck a project in your calendar app when you want to focus on a single job for the day
- Share a single project's calendar with a partner or PM who is only involved on that property
