New "Assigned To" Column on Scheduler

Previously, you could assign gantt tasks to Workspace Users and Contractors, but the Scheduler didn't display that information in the gantt table so it was hard to know if/who had been assigned to a specific tasks without clicking on the task.

We added a new "Assigned To" column on the Project Scheduler so now you can easily see if/who you've assigned a gantt task to on your Project Schedule.
