Commenting on Project Updates
Dave Robertson
Add the ability for users to directly comment on any Project Update posted in the FlipperForce Field mobile app and web app. This will create a threaded conversation right below the update itself.
How It Could Work:
- Direct Replies: Users would be able to type and post comments in response to a Project Update.
- Comment Threads: Comments would appear as a chronological thread associated with each specific update.
- Reactions: Users might also have the ability to react to posts and comments (e.g., with "likes" or other emojis) for quick feedback.
- In-App Notifications: When someone comments on a Project Update that you've posted or are involved in, you would receive an in-app notification to alert you.
Potential Benefits:
- Enhanced Communication: Facilitate direct, contextual discussions about specific project progress, issues, or questions right where the update is posted.
- Streamlined Collaboration: Enable real-time feedback and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders without needing to switch to external communication tools (like email or text).
- Improved Accountability: Keep discussions tied directly to the relevant update, making it easier to track decisions and actions.
- Reduced Confusion: Clarify details or ask questions instantly, minimizing misunderstandings and delays.
