Problem
The current Project Notes area is lame, and only allows for basic notes and doesn't allow text formatting or organizing of notes.
Right now, users are cramming all sorts of stuff into the basic Project Notes field:
  • Notes from walkthroughs (like that leaky shower in the master bath!)
  • Lists of repairs and what needs to be done
  • Lender info and loan numbers
  • Partner contact info and who's doing what
  • Notes about the seller and potential buyers
  • Lockbox codes and where to find the key
  • Utility company info and account logins
  • Quick calculations and numbers
  • Meeting notes and to-dos
  • Links to listings, Google Drive folders, photos... you name it!
It's a bit of a mess, to be honest. 😅
Users need a better place to organize all of these random project details that don't really fit anywhere else. Think of it like a digital notepad/junk drawer where they can dump all their miscellaneous data.

A Project Notes tool that allows users to create separate notes for differtent things, format them nicely and potentially add pics and even links to websites or Googl Drive. See screenshot attached:
