Hi Scott,

What specific value would you want populated to the ARV. The Comps tool calculates thes the Selected Comps ranges and an average. The average could be populated there, however, it may not always be the best value to use for the Assumed ARV.

Dave Robertson Taking the Average price by square foot and multiplying it by the property square feet. Maybe, a button that says Use ARV. Of course it could always be overwritten by inputting the value manually.
