Currently the Automatic Comps Search automatically searches for comps within a close proximity within a set tolerance for beds/baths (+/- 1) and square footage of (40%), but giving hte users the ability to search their own paramaters would allow users to easily hone-in on exactly the comps they are looking for. See attached screenshot of proposed options for improving the automatic comps search.

Also allow users to search more than once, in case the initial search does not provide ideal matches or results.
