Hi Todd, we have uploading receipt attachments for the Expense Tracker on our planned development list and will hopefully be completed by December. We will consider adding a notes area as well for additional notes if needed. I'm assuming the current description/memo area isn't adequate?

Dave Robertson: That is great to hear! I use the description/ memo section primary to title the receipt and enter the receipt/invoice number. Essentially, it would be helpful for myself to add a note section in the expense where I can add more detail information about the expense. Prior to migrating to Flipping Force I would include notes such as what portion of the receipt is being applied to a particular category given that receipts can span different expense categories or I would make notes of what portion of the receipt is labor vs material. Once user management is up and running, this will help users more easily understand how expenses are being broken up and divided and eliminate any questions about expenses.
