I want to create a task list or project check list so every project goes through the same process, from obtaining insurance to setting up utilities to creating the punch list.

Is it possible to assign each task to an individual. They would automatically be notified they have something to do once the previous person/task is marked as complete.

We are planning on adding functionality to the Task Manager that will allow you to save your own Task Template Lists to your account that you can load for new projects. 
We will provide you with ~ 10 task list templates for each stage (Due Diligence List, Purchase Checklist, Inspection List, Project Startup, Rehab Checklist, Project Closeout, Punchlist, Sales Checklist, etc.)
You will be able to customize these lists, or save your own that can be used in the future.
