Currently when I add a user I cannot edit their access until they accept the invitation. It would be easier if in the admin section I could choose their access before the invite is sent, then they can immediately access what I grant them.

We launched a new update to improve the user invite process, so you can setup the user's access prior to the invite being sent so they can immediately have access to the tools that is granted to them.

Hi Sean, yes I agree. When we initially added the User Management functionality I brought that issue up with our dev team, but they made it sound like it was going to be quite a bit of work to re-build so it was put on the back burner.

We are going to be adding in 'Project Level' user access control soon which will give you the ability to turn on/off access to specific projects. When we look at that we will try to address the overall user invitation workflow.
